Injury Prevention On & Off The Bike

Join us for an informative talk about how to extend your riding lifestyle by optimizing your riding position and what sport-specific stretches and strengthening activities you should add to your routine.

Topics we’ll cover:
-Key metrics used in bike fitting.
-How an improperly fitted bike can affect bike handling and lead to repetitive use injuries.
-Common complaints from riders on a poorly fitting bike and possible solutions.
-Common repetitive use injuries and how to address them on and off the bike.
-Open Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
